    Warehouse Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of paint, ink, and printing raw materials.
    • The role involves leading a team, optimizing inventory, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency across the warehouse and distribution network.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
    • Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
    • Implement and monitor inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations for chemical and industrial materials.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to optimize logistics and distribution.
    • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
    • Support business growth initiatives through efficient warehouse strategy and process improvements.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Chemical, Paint Technology, or related field.
    • 5 - 12 years’ experience managing warehouses with fast-moving or high-value materials.
    • Proven team leadership experience and ability to manage wide-area operations.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to travel across Nigeria and West Africa as required.

    Payroll Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Payroll Officer will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll while ensuring full compliance with statutory and organizational payroll requirements.
    • The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work closely with HR and Finance teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
    • Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
    • Manage statutory deductions and remittances, including PAYE, Pension, NHF, and NHIS.
    • Maintain and update employee payroll records such as new hires, exits, promotions, and salary adjustments.
    • Reconcile payroll data with finance records and resolve discrepancies.
    • Prepare payroll schedules, summaries, and reports for management and statutory bodies.
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and payments.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • HND / BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of hands-on payroll experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian payroll regulations and statutory deductions.
    • Experience with payroll softwares
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.

    Oncology Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated Medical Officer (Oncology) with a strong focus on quality assurance, clinical protocol development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
    • The role involves supporting oncology services to ensure optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based care, clinical audits, and teamwork.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contouring target volumes and organs for radiotherapy treatment.
    • Ensure accurate CT simulations for treatment planning.
    • Conduct follow-up consultations for radiotherapy patients.
    • Assist Clinical Oncologists in patient treatment and procedures.
    • Review diagnostic reports and support clinical management plans.
    • Counsel patients on treatment plans, side effects, lifestyle, and diet.
    • Participate in tumour boards, clinical audits, and multidisciplinary meetings.
    • Support quality improvement initiatives and infection control standards.
    • Contribute to protocol development, training, research, and educational activities.

    Qualifications

    • MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
    • 3–5 years of experience in oncology.
    • Strong understanding of oncology protocols and quality standards.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
