About the Role

• As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. You will lead a team, optimize workflows, and ensure timely movement of goods to meet operational and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing clear instructions, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve operational goals.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder management.
