Warehouse Executive at Proten

Role Objective

• The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of cargo, from receipt to final dispatch. The ideal candidate will ensure 100% inventory accuracy between physical stock and the Oracle ERP system while maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire (HSEF) protocols within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Management

• Cargo Receipt: Supervise the offloading and receiving of all incoming cargo at the warehouse; verify quantities and quality against waybills and purchase orders.
• Inventory Maintenance: Ensure all stock is properly binned, labeled, and stored according to category and safety requirements.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of cargo based on approved Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO).

Inventory Control & Systems Management

• Data Integrity: Update all stock movements (Inbound/Outbound) in real-time using Oracle-based software.
• Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical stock-takes to ensure zero variance between physical stock and book stock (Oracle).
• Reporting: Utilize MS Excel and Power BI to generate weekly/monthly inventory reports, aging analysis, and stock movement trends for management review.

HSEF & Facility Oversight

• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce HSEF (Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire) protocols within the warehouse.
• Fire Prevention: Regularly inspect fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and ensure emergency exits and gangways are kept clear at all times.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a structured corporate environment.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Oracle ERP (or similar enterprise software).
• High proficiency in MS Excel (vLookups, Pivot Tables).
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
