    Waitress / Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Greet and serve customers professionally, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
    • Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations.
    • Train and mentor junior staff members.
    • Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments.
    • Assist in stock control and inventory management.
    • Support management in daily operational tasks.
    • Manage orders, payments, and reservations efficiently
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc Degree in Hospitality management or a related field
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Hospitality industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    Chef / Cook

    Major Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards.
    • Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage.
    • Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
    • Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
    • Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before each use.
    • Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE or OND degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
    • The ideal candidate must be able to prepare at least two or three of the following; Continental cuisine, Italian cuisine, Nigerian cuisine, and Chinese cuisine.
    • Proven experience working as a Cook or Chef.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to read and write is compulsory.
