    Videographer / Content Creator

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer/Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for video recording, editing, motion graphics design, and content management.
    • This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling abilities, and proficiency in video production tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms.
    • Create engaging motion graphics and animations.
    • Capture and edit professional-grade photographs.
    • Develop and manage content strategies to enhance brand visibility.
    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to produce compelling video campaigns.
    • Ensure all visual content aligns with the hospital's brand and messaging.
    • Maintain an organized archive of media assets for future use.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in videography, content creation, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
    • Strong knowledge of photography, lighting, and composition.
    • Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.

    Radiographer

    Job Description

    • This role is responsible for handling all diagnostic level x-ray, imaging equipment’s and its associated instrumentation in the production of medical images of the human body and in the performance of radiologic procedures such as using radiation in the form of x-rays, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound to assess, diagnose and treat patients for a variety of injuries and disease.

    Responsibilities
    Radiology Procedures:

    • Responsible for the proper positioning of patients into the beam of the radiation source andadjusting the proper exposure techniques for the optimum film resolution with the leastradiation exposure to the patient in line with the ALAKA principles to get the most accurateimages.
    • Responsible for placing proper immobilization devices and protective shielding on patients.
    • Responsible for the calculation of the length and time of exposure for the diagnosis ortreatment of the affected area.
    • Produce high quality diagnostic images using the appropriate medical imaging modalityand distinguish acceptable radiographs for the radiologist to interpret and assess.
    • To perform a wide range of specialized radiographic procedures such as ultrasound,computed tomography and MRI procedures across a variety of complex clinicalpresentations and pathologies according to required standard.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to you by senior leadership.

    Maintenance Duties:

    • Report equipment malfunctions to the head of imaging and radiography department.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment’s by disinfecting and wiping all equipment’s afteruse.
    • Clearly label, or remove from circulation, any faulty equipment to mitigate the risk of its continued use.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (B. Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Imaging Science / Radiology or any related Science Degree.
    • Professional (Memberships / Certifications): RRBN, ARN.
    • Added Advantage: PGC-CT, PGD-MRI.
    • Minimum Requirement: 1 year
    • Added Advantage: > 3 Years

    Person:

    • Registration with the Radiography Board of Nigeria.
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
    • Outstanding communication (oral and written), interpersonal and people management skills.
    • Possess high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support services to the CEO, attending to all administrative and other duties to enable the CEO focus on managing the organization effectively and efficiently.

    Key Result Areas (KRA)
    The key result areas of this role are:

    • Manage the office of the CEO efficiently and effectively.
    • Act often as the CEO’s first point of contact with people both internal and external.
    • Set up, own the management and ensure the adherence to the timetable for all management, executive committee and strategy review meeting.
    • Manage the daily schedule of CEO, ensure he knows 24 hours in advance and keeping appointments and meetings on time or changing schedules where necessary.
    • Conduct research and analysis data to prepare reports and presentations on behalf of the CEO
    • Manage external contacts for the CEO, proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the CEO in addressing challenges.
    • Act as Secretary at any Executive Committee meeting.
    • Assisting in other official or personal tasks and errands as they may be assigned.
    • Liaison personnel for all logistic activities.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) / HND in any relevant Social Science or Business Degree is required for this role.
    • 2 to 4 years relevant work experience preferably in the Health or working knowledge of relevant Corporate Governance is required for this role.
    • Adept Knowledge of the Microsoft office package
    • Superb organizational and time management ability
    • Flexible and possess outstanding problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, business presentation, people management skills and a good awareness of diversity issues including openness to constructive critical feedback.
