    Video Editor / Videographer

    • The Video Editor / Videographer will play a critical role in shaping, elevating, and amplifying the Ashcorp's brands through compelling motion picture and video content across all consumer touchpoints. This role combines visual storytelling, technical production expertise, creative direction, and platform awareness to enhance brand perception, drive engagement, and support overall marketing and commercial objectives
    • The Video Editor / Videographer will oversee end-to-end video production, from concept development to filming and post-production, ensuring high-quality, impactful content across all channels. The role requires the ability to translate brand strategy into visually engaging narratives, maintain consistency in visual identity, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and design teams. A strong balance of creativity, technical skill, and excellence of execution is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Video Production

    • Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video content aligned with Ashcorp’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
    • Oversee the full production lifecycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
    • Capture cinematic, high-quality footage for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
    • Ensure all visual content meets professional motion picture standards.

    Cinematography:

    • Operate and manage cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve optimal production quality.
    • Direct and guide camera operations to capture compelling shots and sequences.
    • Maintain strong visual composition, framing, and lighting consistent with the brand’s aesthetic.
    • Optimize video formats and specifications for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

    Content Strategy & Collaboration

    • Work closely with Brand Managers, design, and content teams to align video output with campaign goals.
    • Contribute creative ideas to improve audience engagement and reach.

    Brand Consistency & Creative Direction

    • Ensure all video content adheres to Ashcorp’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

    Equipment & Asset Management

    • Maintain and manage all video production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
    • Organize and archive video files, project assets, and production materials efficiently.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging video production technologies.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in motion picture, video production, or editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
    • Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
    • Experience creating content for digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is an added advantage.
    • Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • The Brand Associate will play a critical role in shaping, elevating, and commercialising the Plus 234Labs brand across all consumer touchpoints. This role combines strategic brand development, impactful storytelling, consumer insight, and commercial thinking to strengthen brand equity, drive market relevance, and support revenue growth.
    • The Brand Associate will oversee day-to-day brand operations, develop integrated marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency across channels, and leverage consumer insights to influence marketing, product, and commercial decisions. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Narrative & Identity Development

    • Develop and refine the brand’s storytelling strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s mission, values, and objectives.
    • Ensure the brand story is consistently expressed across digital, retail,wholesale, PR, and experiential touchpoints.
    • Continuously monitor industry trends, cultural shifts, and fashion movements to keep the narrative contemporary and compelling.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager, preferably within luxury fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
    • Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
