    Van Salesman

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a hardworking and result-driven Van Salesman to drive sales, manage assigned sales routes, and ensure effective distribution of the company’s products to customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sell and distribute company products using an assigned sales van
    • Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers
    • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
    • Ensure proper handling, display, and merchandising of products
    • Collect payments and remit proceeds in line with company policy
    • Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily sales reports

    Qualifications & Experience

    Chemical Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a results-driven Chemical Sales Executive to drive growth for our polyurethane (PU) systems, sandwich panels, and insulation chemicals.
    • The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical chemical expertise and commercial strategy, identifying new market opportunities in the cold chain, construction, and oil & gas sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including architects, civil engineers, cold room contractors, and poultry farm owners.
    • Technical Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on the application of Vitapur’s PU systems (spray foam, rigid foam, and insulation panels).
    • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for chemical products and insulation services.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and new developments in the Nigerian chemical and insulation industry.
    • Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and site inspection to payment collection and after-sales support.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: B.Sc./HND in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related technical field.
    • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, specifically within the chemical, construction, or manufacturing industry.
    • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of polyurethane systems and insulation properties is a significant advantage.
    • Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel across Nigeria.

    Internal Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Internal Sales Executive to manage inbound inquiries and drive sales from within our Lagos office.
    • You will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients interested in our products. Your goal is to convert inquiries into confirmed orders through expert product knowledge and exceptional follow-up.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inbound Lead Management: Promptly respond to phone inquiries, emails, and social media leads regarding sandwich panels, spray foam, and cold room chemicals.
    • Quotation Generation: Prepare accurate technical quotes and proforma invoices based on client specifications and project measurements.
    • Showroom Management: Interface with walk-in customers at the Vitapur showroom, providing professional product demonstrations of our insulation boards and lifestyle products.
    • Sales Support: Coordinate with the Production and Logistics teams to provide clients with accurate lead times and delivery updates.
    • CRM Maintenance: Update and manage the customer database (CRM), ensuring all interactions are logged and follow-up calls are scheduled.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education: B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2–4 years in internal sales, telesales, or a customer-facing commercial role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
