Responsibilities

• Responsible for the feedback operation, dealing with user feedback on a daily basis.
• Responsible for monitoring user feedback, spot any abnormal feedback amount changes in time.
• Able to identify bugs and advice, and can forward to corresponding team to follow up the feedback.
• Responsible for the establishment and operation of user groups.
• Responsible for the operation and execution of LC group, responsible for the release of community content, the creation of community atmosphere, and the creation of a highly sticky community.
• Continuously mine user requests, and improve the active level and viscosity of users through continuous operation.
• Dig deep into user requests, maintain cybertribe engagement, interact with users and keep in touch, do text editing, and create topics of interest.
• Maintain close communication with community members, regularly organise and summarise operational experience, and promote processes and standards for content, activities, and products.

Qualifications

• Strong learning ability.
• Strong service awareness and patience.
• Active thinking, good understanding ability and team spirit.
• Relevant work experience in online operations and industry experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and substantiate content categories to enable the right content consumption for the right users with machine-human combined programming
• Moderate and highlight creative content, identify trending topics, potential content, and creators based on in-app content trends
• Improve the penetration through the user education, feature optimisation and content campaigns
• Develop and execute promotion activities such as World Cup campaigns and other campaigns to drive platform growth
• Assist departments with daily tasks such as curating and maintaining a large number of varied content categories.

• Strong content knowledge or experience working on content.
• Deeply curious and interested in how people interact with content.
• Ability to work with and respond to analysis.
