Responsible for the feedback operation, dealing with user feedback on a daily basis.
Responsible for monitoring user feedback, spot any abnormal feedback amount changes in time.
Able to identify bugs and advice, and can forward to corresponding team to follow up the feedback.
Responsible for the establishment and operation of user groups.
Responsible for the operation and execution of LC group, responsible for the release of community content, the creation of community atmosphere, and the creation of a highly sticky community.
Continuously mine user requests, and improve the active level and viscosity of users through continuous operation.
Dig deep into user requests, maintain cybertribe engagement, interact with users and keep in touch, do text editing, and create topics of interest.
Maintain close communication with community members, regularly organise and summarise operational experience, and promote processes and standards for content, activities, and products.
