    Unit Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
    • Managing the day-to-day operations of the department or unit
    • Providing leadership and guidance to employees, including coaching them on best practices
    • Maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures
    • Ensuring that all company policies are being followed and recommending changes when necessary
    • Reviewing reports and statistics to identify opportunities for improvement in productivity and efficiency
    • Coordinating with other departments such as accounting and human resources to ensure smooth operations
    • Developing and enforcing rules and procedures to ensure that the workplace runs smoothly

    Description

    • We are looking for an Insurance agency managers who will oversee all aspects of their company’s operations.
    • They will act as the face of the business, interacting with clients and other stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure that they have a positive experience with the agency.

    Responsibilities

    • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Working knowledge of insurance underwriting guidelines and rating systems.
