• At Bave Design Studio, we specialize in WordPress and WooCommerce websites for the skincare, fashion, and cosmetics industries — and we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can bring our clients’ visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences for websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Translate ideas, brand identities, and client goals into polished UI layouts and prototypes (Figma or Adobe XD).
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Conduct design reviews, usability checks, and ensure responsiveness across all devices.
• Create moodboards, style guides, and design systems aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Contribute to creative direction and brainstorm new design ideas for web and digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a web design agency or in e-commerce projects.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (required).
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for mockups and graphics.
• Understanding of WordPress & Elementor (added advantage).
• Excellent sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and user experience principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, faith-based, and collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage products (simple & variable) on WooCommerce websites.
• Process, update, and monitor customer orders through the WooCommerce dashboard.
• Create and manage customer and staff user accounts (e.g., shop managers, customers).
• Update website banners, images, and content using Elementor or WordPress editors.
• Manage and publish blog posts, including SEO titles, categories, and featured images.
• Communicate with the project manager or client on product updates, stock status, and website changes.
• Troubleshoot minor website display or plugin issues (basic Elementor or theme adjustments).
• Ensure site consistency, correct product categorization, and general quality control.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Ability to handle variable products, variations, and product attributes.
• Working knowledge of Elementor for minor edits.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce order flow (pending, processing, completed, on-hold, refunded, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and availability during standard work hours (Mon–Fri).
• Familiarity with plugins like Yoast SEO, WPForms, or Mailerlite is a plus.
