Job responsibilities

• Based on the company's business objectives and employee needs, develop a training plan and ensure its implementation.
• Design and develop various training programs, including new employee onboarding training, skill enhancement training, leadership development training, etc.
• Regularly communicate with various departments to understand their training needs, and analyze and organize them.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors related to human resource management, enterprise management, etc.
• At least 10 years of training work experience, and at least 5 years as atraining manager/supervisor or related position experience.
• Familiar with training processes and methods, possessing good course design, evaluation, and implementation abilities; Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit; Proficient in using office software and training related software.

Job Description

• Weigh inbound and outbound trucks and accurately record their gross and tare weights.
• Enter all relevant data into the weighbridge system, such as product details and truck information
• Issue weigh-in tickets or offloading advice slips to truck drivers.
• Receive and retain all necessary documentation, such as waybills, for record-keeping
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on weighbridge activities and highlight any unresolved issues for supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, logistics staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct regular inspections of weighbridge equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Ensure that the weighing process adheres to site rules, industry standards, and health and safety regulations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or its equivalent.
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Computer savvy.
