    Job Summary

    • The Trade Service Professional is an entry level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to traders, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team.
    • The overall objective of this role is to maintain position records and provide support with processes surrounding securities.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support for Treasury and Trade Services, Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, Foreign Exchange, etc.
    • Open and amend Letters of Credit (L/Cs), process payments and solve customer issues to ensure efficient daily operations
    • Process evidence and entries of the day-to-day ledger, control and process investment fees, and custody and trust accounts
    • Execute transactions including cash transfers, maintain records, reconcile and review requirements for new products, and technologies
    • Conduct quality reviews and ensure that production systems publish the appropriate information
    • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of customer reports, including regulatory / market requirements, new product presentations, etc.
    • Process various transaction services tasks related for respective products under general supervision and assist new team members
    • Assist with compliance of procedures and control activities as required

    Qualifications
    Education:

    • First Degree in any discipline.

    Experience:

    • 1 year of experience in a related role
    • Previous experience that provides a basic knowledge of the organization and its policies
    • Demonstrated ability to investigate issues and identify and solve problems
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Job Summary

    • The Cash and Trade Processing Representative is an entry-level role responsible for processing varied cash & trade operation tasks in coordination with the Transaction Services team.
    • The overall objective is to perform multiple processing activities of limited complexity in a fast-paced environment while focusing on quality, details and accuracy.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service.
    • Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions including managing cash supply for the branch, processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash.
    • Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on the client's financial goals.

    Relationship Manager

    Overview

    • The Global Subsidiaries Group serves a select number of the world’s leading multinational companies.
    • Our bankers are relationship managers who build and grow our long-term relationships with these clients.
    • They orchestrate the delivery of Citi's vast global product platform and develop integrated financing strategies, by acting as a primary point of contact with the clients, and by working closely with Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory, Risk, Compliance, Treasury & Trade Services and Markets & Securities Services divisions.
    • This is a Relationship Management role within the Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) with responsibility for managing Citibank’s relationship in the GSG team
    • The candidate would cover corporate clients across different industries, becoming an integral part of the Global Subsidiaries Group team and responsible for business development in assigned markets, industries and geographical locations within Nigeria

    Job Purpose

    • The principal purpose of the position is to facilitate a focused and orderly interface between GSG’s customers, all the product and service groups in order to maximize revenues from customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement continuous (independent and joint) calling programs and interactions/discussions with assigned accounts and on prospective clients to create a continuous flow of incremental business opportunities.
    • To deliver client revenue growth in line with assigned goals.

    Person Specification
    Qualifications:

    • A BSc / BA Degree.
    • A postgraduate degree and relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

    Skills & Experience:

    • 15 years post-graduation experience out of which 10 years must have been in the banking industry and at least 3 years must have been on the Senior Manager or its equivalent grade.
    • Experience in at least three major areas of banking.
    • Credit and financial analysis experience
    • Customer management and negotiation skills
    • Ability to recognize and exploit business opportunities
    • Strong Analytical skills
    • Must be proactive, with attention to detail and timeliness in delivery of work output
    • Information resourcefulness
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Thinking complexities:

    • Understanding the impact of constant regulatory changes on customers businesses and in converting them to business opportunities
    • Ability to optimally coordinate the activities of the different units within the bank in order to deliver good quality service to the customer.
