    Ticketing Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request.
    • Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations, using telephones, faxes, mail, and computers.
    • Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, accommodations, procedures, and policies.
    • Explain regulations, policies, or procedures.
    • Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, and transportation connections.
    • Prepare customer invoices and accept payment.
    • Plans route and ticket cost, using schedules & rates,
    • Answers inquiries
    • Determines whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer.

    Requirements

    • BSc / BA / HND in any field
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • High customer satisfaction and retention skills
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as copiers, scanners
    • Knowledge of the industry
    • Good marketing and communication skills.

    Terminal Operations Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Align resource management (manpower and asset) strategy with business strategy across different business activities.
    • Anticipate emerging transport operations parameters to determine future resource requirements.
    • Communicate the importance of achieving transportation operation timeframe outcomes with efficient use of resources.
    • Communicate key messages resulting from transport operation issues to key stakeholders.
    • Formulate vehicle fleet management strategy across different plans.
    • Identify strategic priorities of each specific transport link in the development of plans.
    • Manage overall transportation operations and customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Review better ways to approach problems through reorganizing the problem information.
    • Review incident or crisis management plans to mitigate gaps.

    Requirements

    • HND / BA / BSc qualification.
    • Minimum 5 years in transport & logistics space as Operations Supervisor/Coordinator/Manager.
    • Good communication skills (writing & speaking)
    • Able to deliver positive results under pressure and manage difficult situations.

    Head, Business Development

    Job Brief

    • To assist us in growing our clients, we are looking for a driven and ambitious business development manager.
    • As the company's face, you will be committed to developing and implementing an efficient sales plan.
    • By increasing revenue and building solid client connections, the objective is to promote long-term financial growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Create a growth strategy that prioritises customer satisfaction as well as financial gain.
    • Identify new markets and consumer requirements through study.
    • Set up appointments with potential clients for business.
    • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Consult with stakeholders and discuss contract terms with clients.
    • Train new hires to become effective salesmen. Work with the MD to build a community of freelancing salesmen.
    • Define and monitor annual goals/targets and objectives.

    Necessary Skills and Background

    • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
    • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role
    • Minimum of 3 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, ideally with relevant experience in the real estate sector
    • Proven sales track record.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
    • Proficiency in English
    • Market knowledge
    • Strong abilities in managing client relationships
    • Outstanding negotiating abilities.

    Salary

    • N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
    • Commission: 2% on every sale (up to 3% on bulk sales)
