Technical Sales Representative at Offshore Dimensions Limited

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound communication with customers, vendors, and OEM partners. This role sits at the heart of our procurement operations and supports RFQs, order tracking, and client follow-ups.
• This is not a generic call-center role. Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured procurement environment with technical products, documentation, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
• Log all interactions accurately in Zoho CRM
• Receive RFQs and ensure proper internal routing and tracking
• Follow up on:
• RFQs
• Quotations
• Purchase orders
• Delivery status
• Respond to basic customer and vendor inquiries using approved information
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the relevant internal teams
• Maintain professional communication and timely response standards
• Support documentation requests (datasheets, certificates, delivery notes)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• OND / HND / BSc in Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 0–3 years experience in:
• Procurement support
• Sales coordination
• Technical customer service
• Supply chain or logistics support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with part numbers, RFQs, and structured data
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, Excel)
• Experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes
