    Technical Sales Manager- Security Gadgets

    Job description

    • The Technical Lead, Security Technology manages the delivery of electronic security solutions and security technologies from requirement gathering; design; implementation/installation; maintenance and support etc.
    • The jobholder will manage and execute projects and tasks; provide technical advice; lead fulfilment; drive service and operational excellence; and support business development efforts by providing presales or technical sales support for the achievement of sales target and business objectives.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Operations & Service Delivery: Manage the delivery of electronic security and other security technology
    • solutions; oversee end-to-end operations and service delivery activities; provide technical expertise and
    • manage the delivery of security technology projects and services; facilitate successful delivery to time, milestone, scope, budget, quality and other predefined parameters; manage and optimize project resources; uphold service level agreements and ensure compliance with defined standards, procedures etc.
    • Business, Presales & Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise for sales and business development efforts; support the development and delivery of winning proposals, pitches, presentations etc; prepare and ensure proper costing, pricing and billing for profitability. Contribute to the development of new products and solutions, marketing materials and campaigns etc.; support thought leadership initiatives to reinforce the company as a partner of choice for security technology; keep abreast of relevant trends and developments and advice on risks, opportunities or implications for users, clients and our business.
    • Networking, Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strategic relationships, partnerships and
    • alliances to facilitate the attainment of business goals and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders for best business outcomes. Attend strategic events and
    • present our company as a partner of choice.
    • Team Management: Manage the security technology team for high performance; foster shared
    • understanding of the business mandate and foster goal alignment and high engagement. Facilitate development.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering, technology or a related field.
    • Relevant professional certification would be added advantage.
    • Minimum of seven years’ experience in electronic security and related experience including access control, intrusion alarm & detection; CCTV; alarm systems; real-time guard patrol systems; electric fencing; with experience implementing IOT devices/systems etc.

    Gas Solutions Sales Manager

    • The CO₂ Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities for carbon dioxide products and related solutions. The role involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with company objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and develop new business opportunities for CO₂ products in industrial, beverage, manufacturing, and related sectors.
    • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular follow-up and relationship management.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients.
    • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer communications.
    • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and product demand.

    Requirements

    • Minimum HND or B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.
    • 2+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in industrial gases, manufacturing, or beverage sector.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
    • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
    • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
