    Technical Sales Associate (Machines After-sales)

    Job description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines both technical expertise and sales skills, with responsibilities including technical guidance, sales support, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure our clients' machines operate smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales and Customer Service:

    • Promote and sell ice cream trucks to potential clients, including new and existing customers.
    • Provide product demonstrations and highlight the features and benefits of different ice cream truck models.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and offering tailored solutions.
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding truck specifications, pricing, and financing options.
    • Prepare sales contracts, handle customer orders, and manage post-sale support.

    Technical Support and Maintenance:

    • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to address technical issues efficiently.

    Project Accountant (Construction Industry)

    Job description

    • We are looking for a highly skilled Project Accountant to manage the financial aspects of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project budgets, forecasting, tracking costs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical abilities, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and experience in the construction industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Budgeting & Forecasting:

    • Prepare and maintain project budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with contract terms, change orders, and project timelines.
    • Monitor and track project expenses, identifying any discrepancies and working with project managers to resolve issues.
    • Analyze cost reports, project profitability, and cash flow to ensure project financials are on track.

    Billing & Invoicing:

    Cost Tracking & Reporting:

    Compliance & Audit:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Minimum of one(1) year of experience in accounting or project accounting, preferably within the construction industry.
    • Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, including job costing, change orders, and progress billing.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Procore, Viewpoint, QuickBooks, or similar).
    • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
    • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CPA or CMA designation preferred, but not required.

    • We are seeking skilled and reliable Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians with hands-on experience in cold room systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems, with a focus on cold storage rooms, walk-in coolers, freezers, and air conditioning units. Applicants must be residing in or around the Ajah area of Lagos.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Cold Room Installation & Maintenance:

    • Install and maintain cold storage rooms (walk-in coolers, freezers) and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
    • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on cold room equipment, including temperature monitoring and leak detection.

    Refrigeration & HVAC System Repairs:
