    Team Lead, Sourcing Operations

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of sourcing and fulfillment support associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
    • Oversee sourcing activities, including vendor onboarding, vendor management, product management, and price negotiation.
    • Ensure the team adheres to standard operating procedures and delivers timely high-quality outputs.
    • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Logistics teams to ensure seamless supplier integration.
    • Resolve escalations related to supplier issues, product quality, or fulfillment delays.
    • Analyze sourcing data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
    • Experience in an E-commerce company is an added advantage
    • Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-volume operational tasks.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Experience working with sourcing platforms or ERP systems is a plus.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

    Job Summary

    • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience while ensuring our customers' needs are always satisfied. He/She presents, promotes, and sells the company's products/services to existing and prospective customers.
