Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s.
Work closely with Sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
Develop and deliver outstanding presentations, and demonstrations for Zoho, Hudosoft, Zendesk, Instaview365 solutions etc.
Liaise with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
Sell & deploy technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Participate In Strategy Meetings with Marketing Team.
Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework.
Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal Stakeholders.
Keep abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

Understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and the organization
Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s.

Formulate and lead presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Lead any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advise internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

The Project Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the successful implementation of projects related to technology solutions and business process outsourcing services.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage end-to-end project implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-qualitysolutions within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.
Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, understand their business needs, and define project objectives and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.
Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Conduct regular project meetings, both internally and with clients, to review project status, identify risks and issues, and propose appropriate solutions or mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT Application, Solution Delivery,
Compliance and Sales team, to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
Monitor and track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, making necessary adjustments to maintain profitability and efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirement gathering, status reports, change requests, and other relevant project-related documents.
Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas of improvement and best practices for future projects.
Provide guidance and support to clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation stages.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Zoho, Hudo cc, and
Zendesk ecosystems, as well as business process outsourcing practices.
Perform other related duties that may be required.
