    Talent Management Lead

    Job Description

    • Liase with managers on manpower needs
    • Work with business entities to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
    • Design departmental organogram re-structuring with HODs
    • Managing a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development and acquisition
    • Organising and overseeing individuals and team training programmes
    • Planning regular employee performance reviews and feeding back to the business
    • Developing and implementing employee retention programmes or strategies
    • Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting
    • Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce
    • Understanding the current recruitment trends and organisation’s markets to identify the impact upon the business
    • Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success
    • Developing and implementing strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
    • Monitoring and reporting on staff turnover rates
    • Managing and delivering reports and data when required

    Requirements / Required

    • B.Sc in any relevant field
    • 4 years experience in a Talent management lead position
    • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, management and development
    • Professional Certification in Human Resources
    • Strong Performance Management Knowledge
    • Strong report and analysis knowledge.

    Payroll Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Process documents and prepare reports relating to compensation, benefits, grievances & performance evaluations
    • Deal with employee requests regarding salary payment, KPI, Salary Increments, Staff Loans, Statutory deductions, promotions, Bonuses etc.
    • Computation ofpayroll using relevant data (Attendance,Absences, Bonus, Leaves, etc.)
    • Advising on salary payment based on paygrade and current benchmark
    • Advising on bonuses, staff engagement events and other benefits
    • Communicate with public services/ External bodies when necessary
    • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
    • Accurate report to management on statutory payment and Statutory payment
    • Ensure accurate salary payment to all staff at earliest possible time
    • Ensure company compliance to government standard on employee management
    • Attendance Management

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
    • Applicants must be familiar with manual salary computation process using excel, and all statutory deductions required for standard payroll preparations
