    Talent Capability Development Manager

    PURPOSE

    To design, implement, and sustain an integrated capability development framework that builds technical, leadership, and functional excellence across the Manufacturing units of FMN Verticals. The role ensures workforce readiness, operational excellence, and continuous learning culture that align with business growth and productivity objectives.

    THE JOB

    • Capability Development Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-year capability roadmap for Manufacturing, Technical, HSE & Quality units across the FMN Verticals in alignment with corporate strategic goals.
    • Learning Program Design & Delivery: Design and manage structured learning journeys (technical academies, certification programs, apprenticeships, and on-the-job learning).
    • Operational Excellence & Capability Assessment: Develop and manage technical competency matrices and skill gap analyses across all Manufacturing sites.
    • Leadership & Technical Pipeline Development: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Plant Managers to identify high-potential technical talents for accelerated development.
    • Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Build partnerships with OEMs, technical institutions, and professional bodies for co-delivery of certification and training programs.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to align talent development initiatives with overall business strategy and future needs.
    • Possess strong problem-solving abilities and organizational abilities.
    • Strategic thinking mindset and experience in developing training roadmaps
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively across all levels.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Sc. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
    • CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.

    Technology Deployment Manager - Premier Feed Mills Company

    PURPOSE ​

    Responsible for deployment and monitoring of modern technology by providing technical support to sales team in order to emplace confidence in Top feeds products in the designated region.

    THE JOB

    • Implement and monitor technological innovative programs and extend innovation/development to farmer by providing training and guidance to farmers on how to achieve best yield from Top feeds products in the assigned region.
    • Responsible for monitoring the activities/journey plan of the Technology Deployment Officer in assigned region through adequate supervision of programs which supports B2B of Top feeds products.
    • Provide Technical support to the sales team in the assigned region by swiftly responding to farm emergencies, actively participate in Go-To-Market (GTM) and other knowledge sharing sessions to improve the loyalty of farmers/customers to Top feeds products.
    • Manage the technological interface between management and customers/farmers by collecting and collating data and reports from the field and reporting same to management for effective decision making.
    • Perform other functions as instructed by the Management.

    THE PERSON MUST 

    • Possess strong technical expertise in livestock production, animal nutrition, and the deployment of modern agri‑tech solutions on farms.
    • Be capable of supervising field officers, managing farmer‑support programs, and ensuring effective execution of journey plans in the assigned region.
    • Provide high‑quality technical support to sales teams and customers, including farmer trainings, emergency farm visits, and Go‑To‑Market activities.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical ability by collecting, interpreting, and reporting field data to support management decision‑making.
    • Have an excellent communication skill

    QUALIFICATION

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or a related degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a similar field.
    • Membership of the Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association will be an added advantage.

    EXPERIENCE

    • 5 years of cognate experience in the Food, Feed, or FMCG industry.

    Manager, Group Business Applications - FMN Holdings

    PURPOSE ​

    To ensure the seamless operation, reliability, and performance of the Company’s business applications portfolio, including ERP, SFA, Data management, and legacy systems, while driving alignment with business objectives and minimizing system downtime

    THE JOB

    • Lead and oversee the Group Business Applications portfolio, including ERP (D365 F&O) and other enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
    • Provide strategic direction and governance for application development, implementation, and support services.
    • Manage and supervise technical and functional teams to ensure effective delivery, performance, and continuous improvement.
    • Drive the evolution of the organization’s applications architecture and ensure standardization, scalability, and integration across platforms.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to maximize value from enterprise applications.
    • Govern application enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
    • Manage vendors and technology partners to ensure quality delivery and value realization.
    • Monitor emerging technologies and drive innovation and process improvement.

    THE PERSON MUST 

    • Demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with senior management and collaborate with technology teams and vendors.
    • Possess a strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, security model, core business processes, and ERP integrations, including data exchange mechanisms and key financial and operational configurations.
    • Have a good understanding of automation governance (e.g., Power platforms), integration patterns, and data management (e.g. APIs, OData, batch processes), including associated risks and controls.
    • Exhibit strong leadership, accountability, and vendor management skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning and practical execution.

    QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management
    • MBA is an added advantage.
    • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Agile are required.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 10–12 years progressive experience in Information Technology or ERP systems.
    • Strong experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
    • Experience managing application support teams and third-party vendors.
    • Exposed to Microsoft Fabric or modern analytics architectures is an advantage
