Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation practices.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Minimize food wastage and support cost control measures.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE with 1 year experience.
- Candidates must reside within the Falomo–Obalende axis or nearby accessible areas to ensure punctuality and ease of commute.
