Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive, versatile, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our recruitment consulting team in Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience within a consulting or recruitment agency environment and demonstrate the ability to manage recruitment assignments across multiple industries.
- The successful candidate should be comfortable recruiting across sectors including FinTech, FMCG, Information Technology, Banking & Financial Services, Telecommunications, and other industries. The role requires strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across different levels and functions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, talent databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Develop and maintain talent pools across key sectors and functional areas.
- Review CVs and applications to identify candidates who meet client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives, organisational structures, hiring needs, and talent requirements.
- Participate in client briefing and role-alignment sessions to obtain a clear understanding of recruitment requirements.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress, challenges, candidate pipelines, and next steps.
- Manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Prioritise assignments based on urgency, client requirements, and agreed SLAs.
- Meet agreed recruitment targets and productivity expectations.
- Monitor candidate pipelines and ensure there is continuous movement on active roles.
- Reduce client re-sourcing by ensuring submitted candidates are properly screened and aligned with the role requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment consultancy or HR consulting environment.
- Experience recruiting for roles within FinTech, FMCG, IT, Banking, ISP, Telecommunications, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of different industry talent markets, salary expectations, and role requirements.
- Experience managing multiple client recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms for talent sourcing.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and interview techniques.
- Experience working with recruitment targets, SLAs, and turnaround time.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new industries and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/ATS platforms.

Job Summary
- The Mechanical Shift Engineer is responsible for ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all port equipment.
- The role requires strong hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, fault identification, troubleshooting, and rapid response to equipment breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of all plant equipment.
- Conduct regular inspection of plant equipment to identify faults and potential failures.
- Schedule maintenance activities and allocate jobs to shift technicians and operators.
- Supervise and manage the shift technicians/operators team.
- Support the general shift team during major repairs and maintenance activities.
- Issue and manage work permits for maintenance and other relevant jobs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance history and records for all plant equipment.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and support effective fault identification and resolution.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of Material Handling Systems.
- Experience in a port environment is preferred.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the operation and maintenance of Material Handling System (MHS) equipment, including:
- Conveyor belts
- Portal reclaimers
- Ship loaders
- Belt bucket elevators
- Diesel/gas generators
- Good knowledge of utilities and associated equipment, including:

- The successful candidate will be the highest-ranking HR professional within the organization, providing leadership and direction to HR Managers, HR personnel, and related people-management functions across the Group.
- This is a Group-level leadership position, not an HR Manager role. The successful candidate will oversee HR Managers and HR teams, establish Group-wide HR structures, standards, policies, and systems, and ensure that the HR function operates in a coordinated, professional, and effective manner.
- The role will focus on strengthening organizational structure, HR systems and processes, staff management and accountability, recruitment and training, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning to support the organization's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Group HR Leadership:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Group's Human Resources function.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Must be willing to permanently relocate from Lagos to Abuja.
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive professional HR experience.
- Substantial experience serving as Head of Human Resources or leading the entire HR function of a reputable organization or group.
- Demonstrable experience leading, supervising, and providing direction to HR Managers and other HR personnel.
- Proven record of developing and implementing organizational HR structures, policies, and systems.
- Relevant academic qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional HR certifications and qualifications, with certificates available for verification.
- Extensive experience in organizational development, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment and labour laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience advising senior management on significant HR and organizational matters.
