    Supply Chain Manager

    Job Description

    • As the supply chain manager, you will be responsible for keeping track of logistics and updating the company’s inventory.
    • You are to collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations e.g. shipping, delivery etc meet the company’s quality and safety standards.
    • Overall, you should ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function properly.

    CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create the company’s supply chain strategy
    • Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues 
    • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly 
    • Maintain supply chain inventory and records
    • Train and guide employees with regards to logistics operations in the company
    • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
    • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
    • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
    • Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain
    • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
    • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years as a supply chain manager or in a similar field.

    Academic and Professional:

    • B.Sc Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field

    HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Human Officer to join our team. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.
    • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of employment laws, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the company
    • Oversee employee relations, including managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions
    • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
    • Develop and manage performance management programs to support employee growth and development
    • Strategic planning on the company's growth Training and development Performance management Attendance monitoring Recruitment, onboarding, and placement
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
    • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data privacy and security compliance
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Manage HR-related budgets and expenses
    • Participate in developing and executing company-wide initiatives and programs

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in human resources management
    • In-depth knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Experience with performance management and employee relations
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Experience with HR information systems and technology

    Key Success Factors:

    • 100% knowledge of labor law, governance, risk, and compliance
    • Ability to conduct Performance Management Monthly and Create Performance Improvement Plans
