- Record and report plant performance, incidents, and abnormalities.
- Provide technical guidance to operators and technicians.
- Lead troubleshooting of plant equipment and systems in coordination with maintenance.
- Manage manpower deployment and shift schedules effectively.
- Conduct shift changeover briefings and maintain proper logbooks.
- Escalate critical issues to management and follow through resolution action.
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
- B.Sc.,HND or any equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Certification is an added advantage. (Certificate of Proficiency in Power Plant/Boiler Operation preferred)
- Minimum 10 years in cogeneration or thermal power plant operations, with at least 5 years in a shift supervisory role
