Responsibilities

• Maintaining records of staff and customers

• Keep up to par with the latest trends in the industry
• Implementing new business ideas and strategies that remit profit
• Recommend preferred cosmetic products for each customer after the facial session
• Ensure all clients are satisfied with the services

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in a related course
• 2-5 years as a Spar Manager
• The ability to recommend good facial products is a must
• Good organizational Skills
• You will be required to work from Mondays to Saturdays
• Good communication skills
• Ability to resolve escalated issues between customers and team members.
