Spa Manager (Facials)
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 5 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Responsibilities
- Maintaining records of staff and customers
- Ensuring all beauty treatments meet the quality standard
- Initiating new business ideas to attract more clients
- Keep up to par with the latest trends in the industry
- Implementing new business ideas and strategies that remit profit
- Recommend preferred cosmetic products for each customer after the facial session
- Ensure all clients are satisfied with the services
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in a related course
- 2-5 years as a Spar Manager
- The ability to recommend good facial products is a must
- Good organizational Skills
- You will be required to work from Mondays to Saturdays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to resolve escalated issues between customers and team members.
