Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve service quality.
• Design and promote spa packages, treatments, and promotions to attract and retain clients.

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff (therapists, receptionists, attendants).
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Foster a positive team culture and maintain high staff morale.

Financial & Business Management

• Monitor sales, revenue, and profitability; implement strategies to meet targets.
• Oversee stock levels, inventory control, and supplier relationships.

Marketing & Business Development

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep services competitive.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in spa, salon, or hospitality management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional spa/beauty/wellness management certification (advantage).
• Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and wellness trends.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in spa booking systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing nursing assessments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
• Valid nursing license from the Nigerian Nursing and Midwifery Council
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care tasks
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the company on commercial law matters, including contracts, transactions, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Assess and manage legal risks associated with business transactions and propose strategies for risk mitigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the company is informed of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Contract Management

• Ensure contracts are properly structured, contain appropriate provisions, and protect the Company's interests.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, such as purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, licensing agreements, and distribution agreements to clients.
• Ensure that contracts align with the company's objectives, comply with legal requirements, and protect their interests.
• Advise the Company on contract interpretation, potential risks, and recommended modifications.

Compliance and Corporate Governance:

• Advise the company on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder rights, and corporate structure.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents, such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, annual reports etc.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Stay informed about changes in corporate laws and regulations and guide their impact on the organization.

Key Requirements:

• LLB degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum 7 - 10 years post-call experience as a corporate commercial lawyer
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial transactions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sound business judgment and ability to balance legal risks with business objectives.
• Familiarity with corporate governance principles and compliance frameworks.
