    Social Media Specialist / Graphic Designer

    Role Purpose Statement

    • This role will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, and drive the development and implementation of online marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company.
    • The aim is to ensure that these functions are carried out effectively and efficiently, in harmony and in accordance with applicable statutory regulations, company's operational standards and policies.

    Key Interfaces Internal:

    • Brand and CommunicationSales, Marketing, and other business functions.

    Main Accountabilities
    Content Creation:

    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
    • Work with the CBM to produce final design, ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand, amending designs after feedback
    • Assists with development of the organizations website to ensure its efficiency and efficacy.

    Content Drive:

    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
    • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
    • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

    • Number of graphic designs completed and posted in a month
    • Number of daily graphic design posted
    • Number of Weekly Social Media Orders
    • Followers / Audience Growth Rate with every quarter
    • Zero tolerance on published Errors
    • Number of comments and shares on a daily post.
    • Response time to website issues.

    Education, Experience & Technical Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Art, Graphic Design or related field required.
    • Should have 3 to 5 years' experience in graphics design, website management and social media marketing with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments required.

    Other Required Competencies:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design software, HTML.
    • Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively on assignments.
    • Thorough understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategies.
    • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
    • Ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics.
    • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

    Business Intelligence Analyst / Strategist

    Role Purpose Statement

    • This role is responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within an organization. This include organizing data points, communicating between upper management and the IT department and analysing data to determine a corporation’s needs.
    • The aim is to transform data into insight that can help to improve the value of the business.

    Main Accountabilities

    • Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
    • Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes
    • Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
    • Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation
    • Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization
    • Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
    • Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
    • Assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
    • Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers.
    • Identifies markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends.
    • Compiles business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
    • Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
    • Summarizes financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    • Number of quality of actionable information available to management for strategic decision-making purposes
    • Number of ad hoc queries developed and executed
    • Number of business requirements translated into technical specifications
    • Number of existing BI evaluated and improved

    Education, Experience & Technical Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required; Master’s Degree preferred.
    • 7-10 years’ experience in Strategy and Planning Department or related experience

    Other Required Competencies:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
    • Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
    • Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
    • Strong business analysis skills.
    • Works well independently and as part of a team.
    • Thorough understanding of the company's business processes and the industry at large.
    • Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
