Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that reflect the salon's brand and services.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and special offers.
• Community Management:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive online community and encourage customer engagement.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.
• Strategy and Analytics:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the salon.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Salon Manager and other team members to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, photoshoots, and other marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript programming languages.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of backend development concepts and experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
• Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.
• Solid knowledge of implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
