    Social Media Intern

    The Role:

    We are looking for a creative and switched-on Social Media Intern to support our growing online presence. You will work closely with our marketing team to create content, engage our community, and help tell the QShop story across platforms.

    What You Will Do

    • Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
    • Write captions, stories, and short-form copy in the brand voice.
    • Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages.
    • Monitor trends and bring fresh content ideas to the table.
    • Track and report on content performance.
    • Support campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives

    What We Are Looking For

    • A genuine interest in social media, content creation, and storytelling.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • An eye for design and visual content.
    • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva or similar tools.
    • Someone proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
    • Prior experience managing a page or creating content is a plus, but not required

    Sales Representative / Customer Service

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Customer Service

    • Welcome customers warmly and provide a refined, personalized shopping experience.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable FF Luxury pieces.
    • Confidently explain product materials, craftsmanship, and care.
    • Upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
    • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    Brand Representation

    • Represent FF Luxury professionally, elegantly, and confidently.
    • Maintain brand tone—knowledgeable, approachable, and non-aggressive.
    • Support brand storytelling, campaigns, and collection launches.
    • Foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.

    Store Operations

    • Maintain neat, organized, and visually appealing jewelry displays.
    • Handle products with care and report stock discrepancies promptly.
    • Assist with stock counts and inventory tracking.
    • Process sales accurately, including POS usage, transfers, and receipts.

    Customer Records & Relationship Management

    • Collect customer details with consent for CRM and follow-up purposes.
    • Conduct follow-ups via approved channels for restocks, new collections, and promotions.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and repeat customers.
