Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results- driven Social Media manager/ Graphic Designer to manage our online presence, develop visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity.

• The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, graphic design and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics, flyers, videos, and digital content for social media platforms
• Manage and grow social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories and reels)
• Develop creative captions and social media campaigns
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages/ comments, track performance.
• Collaborate with teams to create consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience of 2 years in social media management and graphic design.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Portfolio showcasing design and social media work
• Experience with video editing, social media ads and promotion is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.

• We are seeking a skilled Email Marketer to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and close deals through effective email campaigns. You will craft compelling emails, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies to boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through personalize emails.
• Generate leads and close deals by creating compelling emails with email Marketing tools such as HubSpot, Convert Kit, etc.
• Analyze metrics (open rates, Click- through rates (CTR), and conversion rates)
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices with clear and prominent CTAs.
• Craft engaging email copy and design to targeted audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to close deals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Art, or related field.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Dailymotion, Constant Contact)
• 2-3 years of experience in email marketing.
• Strong knowledge of copywriting, design, content creation and analytical skills.
• Experience with A/B testing analysis by using the results to improve future email campaigns with optimization methods.
• Knowledge of email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Salary
