Responsibilities

• Strategy Development:
  • Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing and branding objectives
• Content Creation & Curation:
  • Develop, write, and edit engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Campaign Management:
  • Plan, launch, and oversee specific social media campaigns, including advertising, to promote the organization and its products or services.
• Platform Management:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), adapting content for each platform's unique audience and format.
• Community Management:
  • Monitor social channels, engage with followers, respond to posts and comments, and foster a positive online community and brand advocates.
• Performance Analysis:
  • Track, analyse, and report on key social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize strategies and content.
• Audience Engagement:
  • Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and tailor content to resonate with them.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 7 years relevant work experience.
• Must be willing to work fully onsite – Ikeja.

Salary
N250,000 (Net) monthly.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Product Development: Create new food products and recipes, improve existing ones for taste, texture, nutrition, and shelf life.
• Quality Assurance & Control: Implement processes to ensure food safety, meet nutritional standards, and maintain consistent product quality.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all food products meet government regulations, NAFDAC, FDA and food safety standards.
• Production & Process Management: Work with production teams to scale up lab-based products for mass manufacturing, monitor production processes, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ingredient & Raw Material Analysis: Analyse ingredients and raw materials for their quality, nutritional value, and potential allergens.
• Packaging & Preservation: Choose and develop appropriate packaging and preservation techniques for food products.
• Research & Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, emerging technologies, and sustainability practices to drive innovation.
• Documentation: Prepare technical reports, product specifications, and process guidelines
• Sensory & Consumer Testing:
• Conduct tests to assess product appeal and acceptability to consumers.
• Should be able to visit markets, meet consumers/ customers for feedback and improvise products quality rapidly.
