    Social Media and Events Officer

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Media and Event officer to join our dynamic team.
    • The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, with experience in organizing and managing events and also seeing the company’s interactions with the public by creating and implementing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp content strategies and a great team player.
    • The candidate will be proactive, confident and an excellent communicator and organizer, who will relish the varied role,
    • The candidate should have photography background ideally.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage productions of event materials
    • Keeping drinks ready with a new cocktail every week to go along current events
    • Independently checking stock every day and reaching out to clients as per Client Profile
    • Keeping in touch with Lagos current events
    • Client gifting when sales are not present Event planning everyday
    • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
    • Design and implement social media strategies and new features to develop brand awareness like promotions etc. to align with business goals.
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, video and reels)
    • Respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer’s reviews.
    • Stay up-to date with current technologies and trends on social media design tools and applications.

    Qualifications

    • 1 - 5 years work experience.
    • Organizational skill and attention to details.
    • OND/HND/BSC degree in relevant field
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage budget.
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
    • Flexible
    • Excellent copywriting skills.

    Operational Excellence Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct KPI board meetingsvin wrapping, packing, and authenticating the data and ensure execution of action points mentioned in the board to improve capacity.
    • Focusing on productivity improvement kg/worker/hr and OEE.
    • Employee Training and Skill Development: Measure the effectiveness of employee training programs, focusing on enhancing skills to improve production efficiency and quality
    • Downtime due to Maintenance: Monitor the amount of production downtime specifically attributed to maintenance activities, ensuring that maintenance does not excessively disrupt production.
    • Develop standard operation procedures and ensure the adherence of the same by workers.
    • Implement Continuous improvement projects and train workers on Problem-solving tools (RCA, 5W1H, 5 Why, GSTD, etc) to eliminate day-to-day problems and train people.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Sciences or related course.
    • 3 years of cognate experience in the Milling industry or any FMCG where Continuous Improvement Methodologies are applied.
    • Demonstrable expertise in Data Analytics.
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent will be a plus.
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Be able to navigate multifunctional teams and be a dedicated team player.
    • Excellent organizational abilities with great time management skills.
    • Be highly goal and result-oriented.
    • High numeracy and analytical skills.
