    Social Media and Content Executive

    Summary of Role

    The Social Media and Content Executive is in charge of the day to day running of all company’s social media channels, including developing regular, fresh creative content with a consistent tone of voice and brand personality, and support with delivery for content across supplementary digital channel such as our website. You keep abreast with social media trends, and analyze social ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve the social media presence of the brand.

    Key responsibilities;

    • Oversee the day to day running of all social media accounts and management
    • Planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement
    • Develops engaging creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand focused message
    • Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
    • Developing a consistent brand message across all our social media channels
    •  Create and manage an online review funnel for online reviews and reputation management
    • Optimize our content for search visibility and generally supporting the SEO strategy.

    Skills/Requirements: 

    • HND, Degree in Marketing, Creative or any related field with 2-4years experience    
    • Ability to produce creative content to engage audiences and widen reach
    •  A passion and knowledge for social media
    •   A team player with strong people skills
    •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    •  Great writing skills and an eye for what will interest and inspire people of all different demography.
    • Ability to act on initiate and be focused under pressure
    • Confident and creative with a good imagination
    • Organized nature with the ability to multi task
    • Good attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
    • Hard working and result driven
    • Ability to analyse data to better understand and monitor performance

    Product Manager

    Summary of Role;

    The Product Manager is responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.

    Successful candidate’s mission will be to develop and/or improve our products for users in emerging markets (gaming, education, chatbots and other future services)

    Candidate will work on:

    • Defining the needs of our clients located in emerging countries in order to define the product vision;
    • Coordinating a team of designers and developers, preparing the product specifications and following their implementation;
    • Measuring the impact of our products and services.

    Responsibilities

    • Product conceptualization, planning and execution of product cycles in a strategic manner.
    • Have a deep understanding of product requirements and create a long- term vision and strategy making sure it aligns with organisational goals.
    • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
    • Define schedule and accurately estimate task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule.
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, tasks and prototypes.
    • Make Technical Decisions. Identify the Important outcomes, evaluate alternatives, look for the best/simplest pattern, decide how to apply existing patterns to a given problem.
    • Have a deep understanding of the UI/UX of the product, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that increase market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
    • Manage product development from concept, to UI/UX design, sample production, testing, launch, promotion, support, and finally product end of life.
    • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
    • Work closely with the engineering team to deliver on roadmap deadlines and define the acceptance criteria to measure engineering deliverables against.
    • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding  
    • Provides information for management, answering questions and requests from clients and colleagues.
    • Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
    • Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
    • Strategically design and adopts ways to enhance product market share with the marketing team

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
    • Knowledge of various software development methodologies (Agile/scrum etc)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal negotiation skills
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to get hands dirty at all times.
    • Problem solver with a data-driven and KPI-oriented approach to maximize the efficiency of all the operations, using such tools as SQL, Python and Excel
    • Have experience with project tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Zeplin
    • UI/UX Design skills with Adobe XD with ability to rapidly prototype ideas

    UI/UX Design Intern

    We are looking for a UI / UX Design Interns to work on mobile and web applications for a technology platform.

    Successful candidates will be part of the product management team working on the mobile and web interfaces which is the primary mode of interfacing with this platform.

    Responsibilities

    •  Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
    • Designing sophisticated flows and interactions for mobile (scalable to larger displays or web).
    • Creating prototypes, storyboards, process flows, etc. to articulate functionality and user experience.
    •  Partner closely with the product and Software teams to iterate on the flows through the development cycle.
    • Work on the necessary documentation for the application.

    Requirements:

    • · Clear and effective communication skills in articulating design concepts and rationales.
    •  Experience in prototyping and mobile application design.
    • Experience with visual design tools (Adobe creative suites, Sketch, Figma, XD) and an eagerness to learn new tools.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for typography and visual hierarchy.
    • Portfolio of work samples / design for mobile applications.
    • Experience with Android Studio.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to communicate sophisticated interaction concepts.
