    Showroom Hostess (Concierge)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a young, energetic, and highly presentable Showroom Hostess to serve as the first point of contact for clients in a premium automotive showroom.
    • The ideal candidate will have a background in concierge services, 5-star hotels, or the automotive industry and will deliver exceptional customer experience in line with luxury brand standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and attend to walk-in clients and scheduled guests with professionalism and warmth
    • Provide concierge-style customer service, ensuring a premium showroom experience
    • Manage front desk operations and direct clients to appropriate sales or service personnel
    • Offer refreshments and ensure guest comfort at all times
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception and showroom area
    • Handle basic customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the brand and services
    • Support showroom activities, events, and client engagement initiatives
    • Uphold brand image, grooming standards, and customer service excellence.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in relevant field is required
    • Previous experience as a hostess, concierge, or front desk executive in a 5-star hotel, luxury environment, or automotive showroom
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
    • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
    • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
    • Professional appearance and grooming at all times
    • Proximity to the showroom location in Lagos is an added advantage.

    Corporate Sales Manager (Automotive)

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager with a strong automotive background to drive corporate and government (B2B & B2G) sales.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key accounts, securing fleet and institutional contracts, and expanding business relationships across corporate and public sector clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage corporate and government sales accounts within the automotive sector
    • Identify and pursue fleet sales, tenders, and institutional business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders
    • Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and presentations for corporate and public sector contracts
    • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements
    • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
    • 5 - 8 years’ experience in automotive sales, with proven corporate and government (B2B/B2G) sales exposure
    • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a competitive market.

    Salary
    N400,000 / month.
