Service Sales Officer

- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical , Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Responsibilities
- Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive sales of healthcare-related Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and post-installation support services.
- Promote maintenance contracts, technical services, and long-term support solutions
- Plan and execute site visits to assess customer needs
- Deliver solutions that solves customers problems—not just a sales pitch
Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience selling SLAs or technical support services (experience in the medical technology or capital equipment industry is an added advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into solutions.
