    Service Sales Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients
    • Drive sales of healthcare-related Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and post-installation support services.
    • Promote maintenance contracts, technical services, and long-term support solutions
    • Plan and execute site visits to assess customer needs
    • Deliver solutions that solves customers problems—not just a sales pitch

    Qualifications

    • A degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics or any related field
    • At least 2 years of experience selling SLAs or technical support services (experience in the medical technology or capital equipment industry is an added advantage)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into solutions.
