Communications Lead at Restorative Justice for Africa (REJA)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and compelling content for REJA’s social media platforms
• Create and design newsletters, reports, and correspondence for partners and donors
• Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all internal and external channels
• Develop press releases, media kits, and official statements
• Build and manage relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders
• Oversee REJA’s online presence and manage its public reputation

Who We are Looking For

• A strong communicator with excellent writing and storytelling skills
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into action
• Someone who is highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experience in communications, operations, or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in video editing is a strong advantage.
• Passionate about justice reform, human rights, and social impact.
