    Senior Project Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing cybersecurity and IT projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and cybersecurity compliance.
    • The Project Manager is also expected to consistently meet and exceed project performance expectations and KPI targets, ensuring optimal delivery outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement across all assigned projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the successful execution of cybersecurity and IT projects.
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure proper implementation and adherence.
    • Review SLAs and ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project requirements.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Ensure effective resource planning and allocation across projects.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
    • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate control measures.
    • Monitor project performance using suitable tools and reporting systems.
    • Escalate issues and provide timely updates to management when necessary.
    • Manage relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
    • Identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure smooth execution.
    • Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
    • Ensure proper documentation of all project activities and deliverables.
    • Ensure effective project closure, including completion sign-off and documentation.
    • Consistently ensure all assigned projects meet KPI expectations and performance targets.
    • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Technical Team Lead or management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Administrator (IT/Cybersecurity experience is an added advantage).
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking ability.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification is an added advantage.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and transparency.
    • Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

    Junior Procurement Officer

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Officer to support the company’s procurement operations within the cybersecurity and information technology industry. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing vendors, processing purchase requests, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring all procurement activities align with company policies and operational standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and evaluate suppliers for IT equipment, office supplies, software, and other company needs
    • Request and compare quotations from vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing
    • Prepare purchase orders, procurement documentation, and vendor records
    • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment processes
    • Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records
    • Support vendor relationship management and ensure timely service delivery
    • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval processes
    • Work closely with technical, sales and business support teams to understand purchasing needs
    • Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment when necessary
    • Assist in preparing procurement reports and documentation for management review

    Requirements

    • Masterr’s degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Logistics, or related field
    • 0–2 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support
    • Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced technology-driven environment
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

    Added Advantage

    • Previous experience in an IT, technology, or cybersecurity company
    • Knowledge of IT products, vendors, or technical procurement processes
    • Familiarity with inventory or procurement management systems
