Key Responsibilities:

• To manage property and construction project life cycle from negotiation phase to delivery phase.

He/she will be responsible for:

• Recording financial transactions and daily bookkeeping
• Recording transaction payments and following up on overdue payments.
• Processing invoices and preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Processing and remitting monthly PAYE.
• Managing petty cash records.
• Crosschecking original documents and ensuring all payments are matched up correctly.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and any other accounting software
• Bcs in Accounting.
• Must reside around Lekki or its environs

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience required

Client Collaboration

• Present design proposals, mood boards, and samples to clients for approval.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
• Oversee site visits to ensure the design is implemented as intended and resolve any on-site challenges.

Technical Drawings and Documentation

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations and building codes.

Budget Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all elements are within financial constraints.
• Identify cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or design.

Project Execution

• Supervise the implementation of designs, including furniture installation, lighting setup, and finishing touches.
• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

Sustainability Integration

• Incorporate sustainable design principles and eco-friendly materials into projects whenever possible.
• Stay informed about energy-efficient technologies and green building certifications.

Trend Analysis

• Keep up to date with interior design trends, architectural innovations, and best practices.

Key Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) are a plus.

Experience

• Proven work experience as an Interior Design Architect or similar role in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other 3D modeling tools.
• Knowledge of rendering tools like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
