Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

• Conceptualize and develop interior design plans that align with the client’s vision and project requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models to illustrate design concepts and spatial layouts.
• Integrate architectural elements with interior aesthetics for a cohesive design.

Space Planning and Layout

• Plan layouts for spaces, ensuring optimal functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to building codes.
• Maximize the efficient use of space while maintaining design integrity.

Material and Finish Selection

• Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to align with the project’s theme, budget, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovative materials in the industry.

Client Collaboration

• Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
• Present design proposals, mood boards, and samples to clients for approval.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
• Oversee site visits to ensure the design is implemented as intended and resolve any on-site challenges.

Technical Drawings and Documentation

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts.

Budget Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all elements are within financial constraints.

Project Execution

Trend Analysis

Key Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) are a plus.

Experience

• Proven work experience as an Interior Design Architect or similar role in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects.

Technical Skills
