    Senior Medical Officer

    Reports to: Medical Administrator

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • This role is responsible for coordinating medical and medical administrative duties in our Ikoyi facility.
    • Coordinate the duties of the medical officers, ensuring that patient care and management is optimal and is in adherence to the clinical guidelines.
    • Liaising with consultants on patients' medical condition and refer specialist cases to appropriate specialist clinics.
    • Perform medical administrative duties such as liaising with corporate clients and HMOs for authorization and approval for major procedures.
    • Supervisory and managerial cover for medical officers and planning duty schedules.
    • Write and review medical reports as required.
    • Oversee pre-employment examinations and write medical reports when required.
    • Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation of patients' encounters.
    • Prompt incidence reporting and management of patients' grievances.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Medical Administrator

    Job Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in the Medical / Clinical field (MBBS).
    • Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, with a valid medical practicing license.
    • 4-6 years clinical experience with 1-2 years in a team leadership role.
    • Post graduate degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Public Health/ healthcare administration will be an added advantage.
    • Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria, with a valid medical practicing license.
    • Certifications/Trainings in customer service, relationship management, and business analysis are desired.

    Dialysis Technician

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Job Description

    • This role is responsible for assembling & maintaining dialysis machines, and monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
    • Candidates will reports to: Matron in charge and Consultant Nephrologist

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate hemodialysis machine to provide dialysis treatment for patients with Kidney failure
    • Mix dialysate, according to formula.
    • Explain dialysis procedure and operation of hemodialysis machine to patients before treatment to allay anxieties
    • Monitor and adjust patient fluid removal rates as required
    • Work in tandem with nurses and doctors
    • Ensure sterilization of operating equipment before use
    • Respond to emergency scenarios

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • This role is responsible to for assisting clients and patients sustain and maintain their health and well being.

    Medical Laboratory Scientist

    Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

    Reports to: Head of Department

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Carry out analysis on samples
    • Write and sign out test reports
    • Provides technical oversight to Technicians and Junior Scientists on complex investigations
    • To maintain safety and cleanliness in the laboratory
    • Prompt incidence reporting and management of patients’ grievances
    • Participate at the Hospitals’ CMEs and quality improvement activities

    • This role is responsible to accept and analyze samples collected for investigation according to the acceptable standard and issue accurate reports.

    Job Qualifications

    Job Description

    • This role is responsible for attending to clients and patients professionally in compliance with standard operating procedures and policies.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Drug dispensing activities
