    Senior Manager, Human Resources

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is highly preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2-3 years in a lead role, preferably in a holding company or diversified organization.

    Chief Operating Officer (Experiential Marketing Agency)

    Job Summary

    • The COO will serve as a key member of the executive team, overseeing the agency's day-to-day operational functions and ensuring we deliver exceptional client experiences. This individual will work closely with the CEO to translate the agency’s strategic goals into actionable initiatives and manage a diverse team across operations, production, client services, and project management.
