As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Abuja and Northern Nigeria region. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and coaching.
Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the children's wear or fashion industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of the Abuja and Northern Nigeria retail landscape.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
