Provide expertise to global and regional operations leaders to ensure broad alignment on fleet cost management, including sourcing, demand optimization, and total cost of ownership opportunities.
Lead global procurement for fleet vehicles, leasing programs, fleet management services, maintenance providers, parts suppliers, fuel and fleet card programs, and related technologies.
Negotiate favorable terms for contracts and services, including pricing, service level agreements, key performance indicators, warranties, and performance incentives by managing strategic supplier relationships.
Drive savings and efficiencies across procurement processes; identify opportunities for standardization, supplier consolidation, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Partner with Global Network Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, Legal, Finance, and regional Supply Chain teams to align fleet procurement with business needs and manage end to end category processes.
Implement process improvements and use data to optimize supplier performance, service delivery, and category strategies.
Provide thought leadership in supplier strategy, operational performance, innovation, safety, and efficiency improvements.
Conduct business reviews with strategic suppliers; measure performance and establish continuous improvement plans.
Prepare analytics, metrics, and dashboards to demonstrate spend, performance, savings, and operational outcomes to stakeholders.
Ensure agreements’ terms and conditions are thoroughly reviewed, documented, and compliant with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Oversee governance of contract data, including vehicle leases, maintenance agreements, warranties, fuel programs, and related service contracts.

Qualifications
4 Year / Bachelors Degree. Bachelor’s degree required with a concentration in Engineering, Business, Supply Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum 10 years of sourcing, category management, or contract negotiation experience required, preferably within fleet, automotive, supply chain or asset intensive categories.
Experience managing fleet supplier relationships, including vehicle original equipment manufacturers, leasing companies, maintenance providers, and service vendors.
Experience managing supplier relationships for individual requirements and within a fixed contract required.
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite; advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, and MS PowerPoint required.
Experience with any procurement enterprise management planning or supplier relationship management platforms (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce) preferred.
Experience negotiating and creating value in situations with limited traditional leverage.
Professional certifications strongly preferred (Certified Professional in Supply Management or Certified in Planning and Fleet Management).
Approximately 5% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
