    Senior Executive Assistant / Head of Administration

    Position Summary

    • Reporting directly to the GMD, the Senior Executive Assistant/head of administrationprovides executive, administrative, and development support to the office of the Group Managing Director (GMD).

    Executive Support:

    • Responsible for appropriately following up with Heads of unitson the GMD behalf
    • Ensures project/vision implementation status is communicated to GMD on a daily basis
    • Responsible for tidying up all loose ends as it relates to the office of the GMD.
    • Daily briefing to the GMD on each subsidiary status.
    • Responsible for proper documentation as it relates to the GMD’s office
    • Assists the GMD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks.
    • Communicates with the AGM of each subsidiary on GMD’s behalf.
    • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the GMD.
    • Reminding the GMD of important tasks, implementation status, upcoming commitments and deadlines.
    • Managing databases and filing systems implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the GMD office, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, response and judgement that reflects the GMD style and organization policy.

    Experience & Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) is a Must
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
    • Five to ten years of providing support for upper-level management in a related organization.

    Marketing / Public Relations Manager

    Job Brief

    • We currently seek an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to create and implement communication strategies that further our goals, drive sales, promote our brand, interact with the public and establish productive relationships with key stakeholders.
    • The individual must be able to organize and oversee PR / e-sales activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders and the public.

    Key Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Responsible for packaging value/services in the Health industry.
    • Provide support in program planning design, review and the monitoring of project implementation.
    • Monitor the Return on Investment on all the marketing, sales and e-marketing mix strategies adopted.
    • Develop new customer base and generate strategies that grow market shares, improve customer experience and drive growth.
    • Supervises all activities of the Market Development/Sales Team.
    • To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities, scope of new product development and pinpoint bottleneck areas i.e. market information report, market threats, and competitor’s initiatives et cetera, to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability.
    • People Management - Manage effective communication by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, providing of formal and informal feedback on performance and training needs - in order to maximize subordinates and department performance.

    PR & e-Marketing Responsibilities

    • Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson.
    • Develop PR campaigns, conferences and public relations strategies.
    • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting connection with consumers.
    • Lead generation and conversation on digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing/sales) and maintain open communication with senior management.
    • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.
    • Team up with management to develop and implement effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
    • Write, edit and distribute content including publications, press releases, website content and other marketing materials that communicate the organizations activities and services.
    • Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among stakeholders.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with brands, agencies and organizations.
    • Develop and implement new strategies to increase revenue generation.
    • Brainstorm with other members of the Business Team to create new project strategies.
    • Creating sales pitches, developing clear and effective written proposals / quotations for existing and prospective clients.
    • Cultivate positively rewarding affiliations with brands / agencies and seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the organization.
    • Developing PR strategies and campaigns.
    • Preparing press releases, keynote speeches and promotional material
    • Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and government at all tiers and the general public.
    • Developing and executing integrated communication strategies and plans (traditional, digital and experiential).

    Skills and Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 10 years work experience.
    • Prior/proven experience with an NGO is a MUST
    • Vast exposure in Public Relation or similar PR roles.
    • Ability to manage media relations (online, broadcast and print).
    • Background in researching, writing and editing publications.
    • Propensity and penchant history of transforming a de novo to a unicorn and to a national brand.

    Chief Executive Officer (PDI-NIG)

    Job Objective

    • The ideal executive will drive and ensure quality of outputs, business sustainability, operational excellence, revenue growth, and client satisfaction in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.
    • Will provide strategic business direction and ensure business growth, profitability, and effectiveness.

    Key Accountabilities / Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the day to day running of the operations of the organization
    • Cultivate and coordinate regular discussions with the visioner and the senior leadership so as to understand the organization’s business strategies and work collaboratively with the team to deliver on its objectives.
    • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the team to drive the organization and various business units/operations toward profitable and sustainable growth.

    • Work closely with the management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.
    • Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, partners and all other professional business relationships.
    • Establish mission-oriented goals and objectives.
    • Identify growth opportunities and priorities in various locations and set comprehensive goals for achieving high performance and growth.
    • Regularly prepare and review the company performance reports with the visioner

    Requirements

    • Master’s Degree in related field.
    • A senior management executive in HMO/NGO is a MUST
    • 5+ years of Executive level and operational experience.
    • Exceptional Executive presence, Leadership/Business acumen and presentation skills.
    • Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
    • A good technocrat with attention to details and ability to create and use systems and procedures to run an organization
    • A core and professional administrator
    • An experienced project manager and people management
    • Understanding of business functions such as Admin, IT, Finance, Business Development etc.
    • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
    • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
