    Senior Cost Engineer

    Role Description

    • Develop detailed cost estimates for bid submissions, including materials, equipment, subcontractors, manpower, logistics, and overheads.
    • Interpret tender documents (RFP/RFQ/ITT) and extract all cost‑related requirements and deliverables.
    • Build structured cost breakdowns (CBS) and pricing sheets tailored to client formats.
    • Prepare pricing models incorporating mark‑ups, contingencies, escalation, and margin strategies.
    • Work with the Commercial Manager to align pricing with the organisation’s bid strategy.
    • Conduct sensitivity and scenario‑based pricing analysis to ensure bid competitiveness.
    • Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather quotes, technical data, and assumptions needed for cost development.
    • Review and validate vendor/subcontractor quotations for accuracy, scope coverage, and competitiveness.
    • Ensure all cost inputs meet tender requirements and internal commercial standards
    • Identify commercial and cost risks in tender documents and quantify cost impacts where applicable.
    • Prepare assumptions, qualifications, and exclusions related to pricing for inclusion in final proposals.
    • Support the Commercial Manager in commercial risk reviews and pricing justification sessions.
    • Prepare full pricing schedules, cost summaries, unit rate sheets, and financial annexes for bid submissions.
    • Maintain tidy version control of all costing documents throughout the tender lifecycle.
    • Ensure pricing documents are submitted in the format and timelines required by the client.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
    • 5–10 years’ experience in cost estimation or cost engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to bidding and commercial proposal development in EPC/EPCOM industries.
    • Strong understanding of EPC/EPCOM cost structures and tender pricing requirements.
    • Proficiency in Excel-based cost modelling and estimation tools.
    • Experience working directly with Commercial/Tendering teams
    • Relevant certifications in Cost Engineering or Project Management ( PMP) are advantageous
    • Familiarity with energy, oil, or gas sector operations is preferred

    • Ability to interpret technical documents for cost development.

    Senior Project Engineer

    Role Description

    • Lead the planning, execution, and technical delivery of engineering projects to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving project demands.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams—including engineering, procurement, construction, and supply chain—to achieve project milestones.
    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
    • Review and approve engineering drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
    • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technical, schedule, and cost risks throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Troubleshoot engineering problems and proactively resolve project-related technical issues.
    • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and senior leadership.
    • Prepare and present status reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
    • Ensure engineering activities and deliverables comply with relevant EPCOM industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
    • Support project safety programs and ensure quality assurance practices are followed.
    • Monitor project performance against plan and make necessary adjustments to keep project execution within budget and timelines.
    • Support procurement activities by reviewing technical specifications, vendor documentation, and material selections.
    • Assist in coordinating construction activities and resolving technical matters during execution.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related field).
    • 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years in project engineering roles.
    • Proven experience managing medium‑to‑large scale engineering projects from concept through execution.
    • Experience in EPC, EPCM, or EPCOM environments is strongly preferred.
    • Professional certifications (PMP, PE, etc.) are an added advantage.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong project management and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse, multidisciplinary project teams.
    • Familiarity with engineering tools, design software, and technical documentation standards.

    QA/QC Coordinator

    Role Description

    • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating QMS documentation in line with IS9001 and IS29001 standards.
    • Support implementation of quality policies across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
    • Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and audit records.
    • Coordinate internal quality audits and ensure compliance with operational excellence frameworks.
    • Support external audits by clients, regulatory bodies (e.g., NUPRC, NMDPRA), and certification agencies.
    • Track NCRs, CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Compile and present quality performance reports.
    • Support project teams with ITPs, welding specifications, equipment inspection documents, and other QC deliverables.
    • Monitor QC activities for fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning.
    • Verify materials and equipment compliance with API, ASME, ASTM, and client specifications.
    • Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives.
    • Promote quality culture across project sites and corporate offices.
    • Participate in root cause analysis for quality incidents.
    • Support vendor qualification, assessment, and performance review processes.
    • Ensure fabrication yards, and service contractors comply with QMS requirements.
    • Act as liaison between corporate QA/QC and project QA/QC teams.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or relevant field.
    • QA/QC Certification (IS9001 Lead Auditor, API Q1/Q2, ASNT Level II) is an advantage.
    • Minimum 5–7 years QA/QC experience in oil & gas (EPCOM).
    • Strong knowledge of API, ASME, ISO, ASTM, and local regulatory requirements.

    Competency

    • Expertise in Quality Control and Inspection processes
    • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Management principles
    • Experience in Quality Auditing and implementing quality standards
    • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention tdetail and ability twork under pressure
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
    • Previous experience in the oil, gas, or energy sectors is a significant advantage
