    Senior Consultant, SAP Project Management

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Consultant, SAP Technical Project Management to join Dangote SAP Delivery Center in Hyderabad India.
    • This pivotal role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex SAP technical projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), cloud transformations, and integration initiatives.
    • The ideal candidate will combine deep technical understanding of SAP landscapes with exceptional project management acumen, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities
    Project Planning & Strategy:

    • Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, timelines, and budgets for SAP technical projects.
    • Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), critical path analyses, and dependency mapping.
    • Conduct technical risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Define project governance, communication plans, and reporting structures.

    Project Execution & Delivery:

    • Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of SAP technical projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall).
    • Coordinate and manage project resources, including SAP Basis, ABAP/BTP developers, integration specialists, and other technical teams.
    • Facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups, progress meetings, and steering committee reviews.
    • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, roadblocks, and conflicts to keep projects on track.
    • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Oversee technical cutover planning and execution for go-live events, ensuring minimal disruption.

    Stakeholder Management & Communication:

    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and concisely to all stakeholders, adjusting communication style for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong, collaborative relationships.
    • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on project progress, key decisions, and strategic recommendations.

    Technical Acumen & Problem Solving:

    • Possess a strong understanding of core SAP technical components (e.g., Basis, ABAP, Fiori, Integration, HANA Database).
    • Be able to grasp complex technical issues quickly, facilitate discussions between technical experts, and guide resolution.
    • Provide strategic technical input on solution architecture, infrastructure sizing, and deployment options (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
    • Advise on technical best practices, security considerations, and performance optimization for SAP systems.

    Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

    • Ensure all technical deliverables meet defined quality standards and align with architectural guidelines.
    • Oversee technical testing phases (e.g., performance, security, integration testing).
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for process improvement in future projects.
    • Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies, technical roadmaps, and project management methodologies.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP environments, with at least 5 years in a dedicated SAP Technical Project Management role.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading multiple full lifecycle SAP technical projects, such as:
      • SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
      • Significant SAP system upgrades (e.g., ECC 6.0 to Enhancement Packs).
      • SAP landscape migrations to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
      • Large-scale SAP integration projects (e.g., with non-SAP systems, cloud applications).
    • Strong understanding of core SAP technical domains, including:
      • SAP Basis (installations, upgrades, performance tuning, HA/DR).
      • SAP HANA Database administration and architecture.
      • SAP ABAP development and extensibility concepts.
      • SAP Integration technologies (SAP PO/CPI, APIs).
      • SAP Fiori architecture and deployment.
    • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum Master certification preferred).
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, even under pressure.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Desired Skills (Plus Points):

    • Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Activate Project Manager).
    • Experience with SAP Solution Manager for technical ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes.
    • Knowledge of DevOps principles and automation in an SAP context.
    • Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.
    • Previous experience in a consulting firm delivering to external clients.
    • Global project experience, managing distributed teams and diverse stakeholders.

    CNG Dispensing Pump Attendant

    Description

    • The CNG Dispenser Pump Attendant is responsible for operating the CNG dispensing equipment safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
    • This role involves working directly with customers, ensuring that their fueling needs are met, and maintaining equipment cleanliness and operational efficiency.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Operate CNG dispensing equipment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
    • Assist customers in refueling CNG Trucks, providing guidance on safe and efficient refueling procedures.

    Requirements
    Education and Work Experience:

    • Minimum of OND, HND or equivalent or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
    • Knowledge of safe handling and dispensing of CNG is an asset.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for mechanical and electrical systems.

    Chemical Engineer

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for plant operation and process control of the kilns, raw mills, cement mills and coal mills. Coordination, supervision and training of all other ccr operators.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Executing the operation, in the shift, of Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement & Coal Mills and auxiliaries’ equipment from the Central Control Room (CCR)
    • Coaching and training of newly hired CCR operators to execute operational initiatives for increasing production and reducing cost of production.
    • Co-ordination of autonomous maintenance with the help of shift patrollers to achieve the targeted availability of plant for production of raw meal, clinker and cement.
    • Trouble shooting operational problems and taking actions to ensure sustained running of the equipment.
    • Achieving optimum fuel efficiency, power consumption and workforce utilization.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Eng / HND in Chemical Engineering.
