    Senior Compliance Manager

    Objective / Purpose of Job

    • To ensure the company conducts its business in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Risk & Compliance
    • Ensure that all company products comply with applicable regulations (federal and state), and any regions in which they are sold.
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret technical data, and translate it correctly into official regulatory submissions
    • Provide specialist advice on core matters concerning regulatory compliance, aiming to keep the company’s products and services within the quality control circle.
    • Maintain awareness of changing regulations for the company’s products and assist with the proper registration of components.
    • Investigate and record any complaints that may transpire due to non-compliance of regulations and take measures to ensure that it is not repeated.
    • Research, implement, and manage the areas of regulations and laws, policies and procedures, consumer protection, and public interest laws.
    • Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance

    Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

    • Must be a Chartered Accountant, with experience in FMCG managing compliance department.
    • Minimum of 10 years with at least 3 years as head of compliance
    • Knowledge of legislation
    • Knowledge of Fundamentals of Accounting
    • Knowledge of Risk & Compliance standards or processes
    • Knowledge of legal standards and in-house policies
    • Knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

    Engineering Supervisor

    Objective / Purpose of Job

    • Supervise, control and plan maintenance activities in blending & Dosing, Sachet Packing, Kegs & Pet Bottle Filling Operations and Maintain the equipment at rated speed and desired Efficiency.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible or panning, controlling, and executing of daily, weekly and periodic maintenance of all machines and utilities in oil packing section.
    • Develop and enforce compliance of staff in implementing maintenance as per checklist on a daily and weekly basis, such as CLIT (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection & Tightening).
    • Ensures maintenance tasks are executed in compliance with safe engineering practices and develop SOPs on all the work instructions carried out by the staff.
    • Responsible for ensuring orders for spare parts needed for preventive maintenance are placed and available at the engineering store.
    • Responsible for immediate response of technicians in all breakdowns, escalates to the Production manager and operations manager any issues that cannot be resolved in less than 2 hours.
    • Responsible for conducting root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plans to restore the machine to its rated capacity and desired line efficiency.
    • Supervise all maintenance activities and ensures proper procedures are carried out and tools are used to ensure completion and quality of work.
    • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the machine performance, by reviewing standard processes, Innovations, and new technology that can be adapted.
    • Continue capability building thru training, mentoring, performance management, and seamless communication.
    • Executes Quality and GMP improvement activities related to the production and process of machinery and equipment.
    • Responsible for execution of new projects such as installation of new equipment/machines.
    • Ensure data is used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using the data

    Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

    • HND / BSc or Equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Oil packing operations.

    • Strong interpersonal Skills and communication skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor staff.
    • Excellent organizational, planning/resourcing, and time management skills.

    • Honest, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

    Procurement Manager

    Objective / Purpose of Job

    • To maintain vendor relationships between businesses and suppliers, negotiate best prices and materials, create and implement best practices, and find the best available vendors.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
    • Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
    • Monitor and control and further update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
    • Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production
    • Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favourable to the company

    • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
    • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
    • Preparing procurement reports.

    Brand Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a creative, organized and passionate Brand Manager to help growing our brands in line with Organization expectations.
    • This individual would report into the Category Marketing Manager, although sometimes he may get directives from the Chief Marketing Officer, with the Category Marketing Manager in all correspondence.

    Purpose of Role

    • Responsible for the initiation, planning, implementation, control and co-ordination of the Equity driving and Market Share-gaining programs designed to sustain the assigned Brand as a veritable asset delivering outstanding value to all consumers and stake holders, aligned to Portfolio Strategy.
    • Conceptualize and co-ordinate the implementation of brand communication sponsorship and events plans and strategies that will enhance the Equity Scores, Sales Performance and Profitability of the brand in line with Company’s overall profit and portfolio objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to Brand Strategy definition.
    • Initiate annual Brand marketing review and plans for the Brand with detailed information on Brand marketing objectives in accordance with overall Brand strategy.
    • Define Brand Communication Strategy in accordance to Plan and Brand Positioning, selecting the most efficient media mix in alignment with the Category Marketing Manager.
    • To prepare Agency briefs and subsequent evaluation and assessment of subsequent Agency creative proposals.
    • Creation and exploitation of brand sponsorship platform where applicable, to enhance selected brand health indicators.
    • Identification of and association with relevant external events/initiatives that will add value to brand equity.
    • Monitoring related platforms especially those in use by competition.
    • Lead development of advertising materials/creative proposals in each stage before final approval by the Chief Marketing Officer.
    • Propose and test any changes in advertising strategy.
    • Work collaboratively with Trade Marketing Team to ensure effective Sales Driver deployment of the Brand in all categories of outlets, driving ultimately Equity.
    • Monitor competitive strategies, advertising and positioning platforms with a view to constantly ensuring continued alignment to Brand positioning.
    • Report periodically, giving information on all activities undertaken by the Brand and competitive brands.
    • Keep the Brand’s profitability under constant review and to draw early attention to any deviations from estimated profits as a result of sales variations or changes in costs.
    • Prepare an annual advertising budget for the Brands for the approval of the Chief Marketing Officer.
    • Monitor advertising budget ensuring adherence in line with approved plans.
    • Carry out regular budget-control monitoring exercises to avert over-expenditure.
    • Support the development of the yearly Media Brief for the Agency giving guidance regarding advertising budget appropriation by media.
    • Support the monitoring of all outdoor hoardings and posters for the Brand and ensure these are in good condition and strategically located.
    • Monitor and analyze official and unofficial trade margins of competing brands, make appropriate proposals and execute accordingly.
    • Ensure that all marketing considerations are considered in making volume projections for the Brand.
    • Propose and execute promotions plans and schemes, in alignment with Trade Marketing Team, after approval by the Chief Marketing Officer.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of all promotional activities, propose relevant modifications and prepare post-promotion reports with appropriate proposals and recommendations.

    Qualifications and Competencies Required

    • Degree in Marketing or related courses; an MBA will be an advantage.
    • Creative and innovative thinking.
    • Strong business acumen with an appreciation for commerciality.
    • Solid analytical and influencing skills.
    • Thorough and creative problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written presentation skills.
    • Must be able to manage multiple initiatives with strong execution. Orientation and proper project management abilities.
    • Previous brand marketing experience in an FMCG.
