    Senior Accountant

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage all accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and inventory accounting, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring reconciliation and balance accuracy.
    • Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions to ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Oversee financial audits, coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely and efficient auditing processes.
    • Develop and enforce financial policies and controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including monitoring and analyzing spending, revenues, and overall financial trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial and accounting processes, promoting efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
    • Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance on accounting policies and procedures.
    • Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
    • Stay updated on the latest financial laws, regulations, and best practices in the FMCG industry.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 8-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Accounting or equivalent role within the FMCG sector.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA, ICAN, or a similar accounting qualification is required.
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing and implementing financial control systems within an FMCG environment.
    • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and variance analysis.
    • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling.
    • High attention to detail, with the ability to analyze large volumes of data and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide junior team members effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to a diverse audience.
    • Proven track record of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

    HR Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead recruitment efforts to attract, select, and retain top talent aligned with the brand’s values and goals.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and legal requirements.
    • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team.
    • Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve issues while promoting a positive workplace environment.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
    • Experience in both static design and video production/editing.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
    • Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.

    Social Media Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage NACK’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.), focusing on growing followers and engagement in the U.S.
    • Develop and implement a content calendar, ensuring a mix of product promotions, behind-the-scenes content, and cultural storytelling.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging social media posts, reels, and stories.
    • Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in key U.S. markets, such as New York, Atlanta, and Texas.
    • Track social media analytics to refine content strategies and optimize engagement.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build a strong community around the NACK brand.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in social media management.
    • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
    • Experience managing influencer relationships and collaborations.
    • Familiarity with U.S. social media trends and audiences.
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
